Shipping and returns

Why do we charge for shipping?

While we offer free shipping in the Nordics, we do charge a small flat fee of £4 to ship to the rest of the world. We know shipping is never fun to pay for but we hope you understand. In reality, it costs us on average £11 to ship outside of Sweden on average.

This is because:

1) We are a small business and each order is sent directly from our own factory in Sweden. Other than our retail partners, we do not use any fulfilment centres or warehouses that store our products.   

2) Instead of using plastic packaging that is lighter and cheaper to ship, we are using double walled glass containers for our packaging. This is to reduce plastic waste. While glass is considerably heavier, we think it's a small price to pay for the health of our planet. 

We're charging a small fee to contribute towards the cost. In return, we're offering you high quality skincare, that is freshly made in small batches, with premium ingredients and sustainable packaging. We hope that's ok. 

However, if you still want free shipping we're happy to cover it if you spend a little bit extra (over $80 | £60 | €70 ). This means we can spread the cost of shipping across the entire order.  


Shipping rates and timelines

We ship all our orders with PostNord from Sweden. 

Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland): Free 
Rest of the world: £4 or free over $80 | £60 | €70

All our masks are freshly handmade. Therefore, please allow an additional 1-2 days for us to process and blend your products. 

Once we've processed and blended your order, we'll get it ready for despatch. The delivery time below is estimated based on date from despatch. It should be used as guidelines only and does not include weekends and public holidays. During busy periods it may take a bit longer than usual.

Sweden: 1-3 working days
Nordics: 3-5 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
North America: 5-10 working days (Canada can take up to 15 working days)
Asia: 5- 10 working days
Australia: 5-10 working days

Please bear in mind that while we offer shipping worldwide, there might be customs and duty fees applied for orders outside of the EU. This will be determined by the country you are in. We do not take responsibility for these additional fees and it is your responsibility to inform yourself before making a purchase. 



Unfortunately, we do not offer returns due to hygienic reasons so we ask you to consider your purchase before buying our products to avoid wasteful consumption. We want you to love and cherish your new skincare!
